Having left Cambridge University where Stephen studied law and modern languages, he co-founded the Oxford and Cambridge Shakespeare Company. Stephen then set up and ran the European office of an American concert management agency, Shawconcerts Ltd, after which he joined Harold Holt Ltd, later becoming Managing Director. Among the artists he managed were Mariss Jansons, Neville Marriner, John Eliot Gardiner and Seiji Ozawa. Stephen left Harold Holt with his division to set up IMG Artists Europe in 1991 where he became MD with responsibility for developing the business internationally. Stephen also established an audiovisual department at IMG Artists, setting up the BBC Legends CD label and producing a number of television and DVD programmes.

After thirty years in the British Diplomatic Service with periods living and working in Eastern and Western Europe and the Middle East, Mike became a founding partner and later Director of a leading business consultancy, working for FTSE companies all over the world. In 2008 Mike joined the Board of ICA and was appointed Vice Chairman in 2010. For many years he has been a keen concert- and opera- goer, a singer with various ensembles, a music critic and an opera repertoire consultant. He is a governor of the choir school at King’s College, Cambridge. He has degrees in Modern Languages (Cantab) and in Opera Studies (Manchester) and is studying for a PhD in the latter field (Goldsmiths/Rose Bruford).

After reading history and music at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Cathy worked with the London Symphony Orchestra, with whom she has worked three times in all, following which she worked with the Philharmonia and Monteverdi Choir and Orchestra. She has also worked with a number of distinguished conductors and instrumentalists at the Harold Holt and IMG agencies amongst others. When not listening to music, Cathy’s interests reveal an enthusiasm for undertaking cryptic crosswords, reading and enjoying the garden.

After achieving her Masters in Management of Artistic Organisations at the Paris-Dauphine University, Aurelie started working in the TV production industry on diverse cultural shows in France. She then joined Ideale Audience International where she collaborated on various projects, including the Classic Archive Series and the documentary film “La Danse: The Paris Opera Ballet” by Frederick Wiseman. Aurelie enjoys playing the piano, horse riding in her native Berry and sailing around the Mediterranean Sea.

After studying music at Manchester University, Katy joined the music department of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s production company the Really Useful Group. During her six years at the company she worked on critically acclaimed West End productions, along with publishing and recording projects. She enjoys playing the piano and transcribing songs for her three-part a cappella group.

Johanna managed world-wide orchestral tours at IMG Artists for 15 years. Previously Administrator of the European Community Youth Orchestra, she moved into freelance arts and tour management for, among others, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra New York and the inaugural tours of the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester. A longstanding interest in photography led to an Art History Degree, an MA in Photographic Collections and several academic research projects. Next to her ICA work, Johanna runs her own picture framing business Framing Star.

Sally initially studied French, and following jobs in the wine trade and publishing pursued a career in the arts, working firstly for Arts and Business, joining ICA in 1995. She studied singing privately for many years, and maintains an active interest, performing regularly with several of the UK's leading chamber choirs.

Suzanne graduated in 2005 with a music degree from the University of Birmingham specialising in performance. After working with Hazard Chase and The King’s Consort, she moved to work for Harry Christophers and The Sixteen as their Concerts & Tours Manager for just over three years. In her spare time Suzanne plays the violin in many of London’s amateur orchestras and when she’s not busy rehearsing she tries to watch her much-loved Leicester City Football Club as often as possible!

After studying Slavic Linguistics at the Silesian University in Poland, Marta moved to London where she completed her degree in Arts Management. Before joining ICA in 2011, she worked in Development for Sir John Eliot Gardiner’s period ensembles – Monteverdi Choir & Orchestra. In her spare time Marta enjoys Latin American literature and World Cinema.

In addition to his love of online media, Martin has previously played guitar in bands in London and Brighton and is passionate about a wide range of music from electronica to blues.

Tuck May joined ICA in 2009. Previously she worked for the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, starting with education and subsequently moving into the role of Artistic Administrator. In addition to season planning and touring, she maintained her keen interest in education and outreach projects and continued to play an active role as a chamber musician. Tuck May studied the piano and flute at the Royal College of Music, before obtaining a Master’s degree in Marketing at the University of Westminster.

Vinesh joined ICA in July 2011, taking over day to day management of ICA Finance Department. Having added an Accountancy qualification to his Masters in Strategic Management Accounting, he has gained many years of experience working within the Public and Private Sectors, such as Colleges, Universities, Charities, FMCG, and Not for Profit Organisations. Vinesh is actively involved as a Volunteer with various charitable organisations, who provide a social, cultural and education opportunities, for people who have a disability. He also enjoys the rich diversity that London has to offer, from theatres, music and museums.

Janet performed in a rock band in Liverpool before studying viola with Nannie Jamieson at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Following post-graduate study in arts management she worked in the marketing department of the London Philharmonic and for Sir John Eliot Gardiner’s period ensembles. She joined ICA in 1997.

Claire completed her BMus at King’s College London with Violin studies at the Royal Academy of Music before gaining a Master’s degree in Conducting and Sound Recording from the University of Surrey and joining ICA soon after. Outside of work Claire enjoys teaching the violin to a range of students and regularly performs with the Sinfonia Tamesa orchestra in London.

After a History of Art degree, Will qualified as a solicitor, practicing in London and Singapore. In tandem with his City career, Will was opera critic for a national magazine and a director of the London Philharmonic Choir, one of the choirs in which he sings. Passionate about music, he left the City to gain experience with Harrison Parrott and the City of London Sinfonia before joining ICA in 2009. A keen skier and diver, he keeps up his piano playing whilst his clarinet gathers dust.

Having reading History at Cambridge University, John joined EMI in 1965 where he spent the next 31 years working in the UK, including almost a decade as Director of EMI Classics UK and an equivalent period abroad in Sweden, Holland and the US where he was Vice President Angel/EMI Classics before returning to the UK in 1988 to become Vice President of EMI Classics International.  In 1997, he joined IMG Artists as a consultant and set up with Stephen Wright, IMG Artist's Audio Visual Division, becoming it's Director, producing and distributing the BBC Legends label as well as working on many other projects including Classic Archive DVD with Ideale Audience and the Great Conductors of the 20th Century CD series distributed by EMI. After the acquisition of the AV Division by Medici Arts in 2007, he spent the next two years as Director, Medici Audio before joining ICA Limited in 2010.

Having read Music at Bristol University, followed by a Masters degree in Marketing, Louise began working for Stephen Wright at IMG Artists in 2002. She moved with Stephen to his new consultancy company, where she worked on Kenneth Branagh’s film of Mozart’s Magic Flute amongst other audiovisual projects. Louise joined ICA in 2008. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking and travelling, particularly in France and Italy.

After studying piano, organ and musicology in her native Poland, Monika completed a post-graduate arts management diploma in London. With a strong interest in English medieval music, Monika also enjoys film, theatre and trekking in the mountains.
