ICA is delighted to welcome Alexander Sitkovetsky to its artist roster for worldwide general management. A frequent guest soloist with worldwide orchestras, Alexander is also a recipient of the ICMA Special Achievement Award for his recording of Panufnik’s Violin Concerto with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, and first prize winner at the Trio di Trieste Duo Competition with pianist Wu Qian.

Performance highlights include the Netherlands Philharmonic, Philharmonia, Royal Philharmonic, BBC Scottish Symphony, Amsterdam Sinfonietta, Tokyo Symphony, Norwegian Chamber Orchestra, Brussels Philharmonic, St Petersburg Symphony, Yomiuri Nippon  Symphony Orchestra and more recently the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Tonkünstler Orchestra, Royal Northern Sinfonia, Camerata Salzburg, Wroclaw Chamber Orchestra, Munich Chamber Orchestra, as well as recitals at the Phillips Collection (Washington) and the Lincoln Center (New York). He has also toured Australia as guest director with the Australian Chamber Orchestra and will be touring with the Russian State Philharmonic Orchestra in March 2018.

Alexander is a founding member of the Sitkovetsky Trio, with which he has won various prizes including the Mecklenburg Vorpommern Kammermusik Prize and which is currently on a three-week concert tour of Australia.  Since 2012, Alexander has also been playing in a string quartet project with Julia Fischer, meeting once a year to perform in some of Europe's most prestigious venues.
